Here is a letter that was drafted to Legal Match:

Good afternoon. I am writing after having been a legal
match member for a couple of months. I must say that this
service is not anything like what I expected. I was led
to believe that I would received many consults and clients
wit ha willingness and ability to pay a retainer fee. I
respond to about 99% of the cases posted and have yet to
have more than one consultation/client. I contact all
clients immediately upon obtaining their phone numbers and
email addresses. Upon informing them that this is not
some sort of 'legal aid' and that I do indeed charge for
my services, I am met with a confused response
of, "Really?" This is unacceptable. I am sinking a lot
of money each month into this. Moreover, I was originally
told by your salesperson that I would be th 4th and FINAL
attorney in my area for this type of law. However, I see,
on a daily basis, that there are upwards of 7 or 8
attorneys individually replying to cases. This fraudulent
inducement has not gone unnoticed by myself and others.
Legalmatch set itself forth as a way to get quality paying
clients. So far, all I have received is a lot of confused
clients thinking that legal match attorneys do not
charge. I need someone to call me ASAP to discuss a
rescinding of the contract as I am extremely
dissatisfied. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

I am tired of this supposedly great way to recruit new
clients...all it is doing is costing me money.
